We support growing young talent by working closely with MetFilm School
We educate our staff and clients about what they can do to support a greener environment. All our staff undergo Albert training
We work with local artists on commissions for artworks and support the Re-Made in Park Royal initiative to supply local artists with materials for re-use and recycling
We offer emerging talent use of the VP stage to support the ability to create original pieces including for location shoots reducing the need for travel
We support emerging talent through The Gardener’s Club, a Garden Studios initiative which support local creatives, film makers and designers to make and promote their art
We volunteer litter picking with the Canal & River Trust
We assist with Work Experience Placements for local schools
We provide training to underrepresented young people through the Mama Youth Project
We donate excess textiles to the sewing classes of Brent Start Hillside Adult Community Learning Centre and Camden Working Men’s College
We have a hiring policy that promotes local hire and diversity
